RETURN POLICY

You have 30 days from the order date to return an item that does not suit you. We accept the return of any item that has not been worn or washed as well as any defective item.

The following items cannot be returned: bodysuits, lingerie, pajamas & nightwear, swimsuits. If you return your item without requesting it, our quality service will consider this item as non-refundable.

REFUND

Returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your package. We will automatically refund your account. As soon as the refund is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Return shipping is paid by Joy Studio. This also includes orders made against reimbursement.

EXCHANGE

Exchanges are possible through the same form: http://retours.joystudio.fr/ Be sure to select "I want an exchange..." in the 3rd section and specify the desired product or size you want in exchange.
